| Objective : The purpose of this study is to correlations observed stroke TCM psychological state of disorder and personality and physique,To provide scientific basis for the comprehensive treatment of stroke and establish common treatment, In order to provide new ideas, new programs for the clinical treatment of stroke.Methods:By convenience sampling method, the 160 patients met the inclusion criteria,Methods Questionnaire survey was conducted on the community nursing staffs on general information, Chinese psychological disorder state classification quantization table, TCM constitution classification scale, Eysenck Personality Questionnaire( EPQ). To observe the correlation between ischemic stroke with TCM psychological disorder and physique and personality.Results: The study of 160 ischemic stroke patients with TCM psychological disorder status show that stroke with TCM psychological disorder status has associated with physique and individual character: Irritable anxious state of the patients associated with Yin deficiency, damp and hot, blood stasis, and associated with high neuroticism and high mental quality; Fright uneasy state of patients associated with Yin deficiency, blood stasis,great quality, and associated with the introversion, high neuroticism and high mental quality; depressed discomfort state of the patients associated with qi depression,Yang deficiency, qi deficiency, phlegm wet mass, and associated with high neuroticism and high mental quality; excessive anxiety state of patients associated with qi depression,blood stasis, qi deficiency, phlegm wet mass, and associated with the introversion, high neuroticism and high mental quality; depression state of the patients associated with qi depression,Yang deficiency, qi deficiency, phlegm wet mass, and associated with high neuroticism and high mental quality.Conclusion:Ischemic stroke with TCM psychological disorder state associated with physical and individual character. |
