Objectives:To observe the clinical effect of YiQi Wenyang FuMai decoction on treating senile Coronary heart disease of ventricular premature contractions(syndrome of asthenia of yang with heart and kidney).Methods:60 patients were selected according to the inclusion criteria. Patients were randomly the control principle of 30 patients were divided into treatment group and controlled group 30 cases. The experimental group was dosed YiQi Wenyang FuMai Decoction twice a day and 200 ml eath time. At the same time,ShenSongYangXin capsule were given to the control group three times a day and 4 capsules each time. The two groups grespectively syndromes, ECG changes, safety detection compared and observed. All Patients were given treatment for 4 weeks. All data were conducted using statistical software SPSS17.0 statistical analysis.Results:The total effect rate of ameliorating symptom of the observation group was 86.66%, which was obviously superior to that of the control group of 66.66%(P<0.05).The total effect rate of the observation group in treating ventricular premature contractions of Coronary Heart Disease was 86.66%, which was obviously superior to that of the control group of 56.66%(P<0.05). The total effect rate of the observation group in ECG of Coronary Heart Disease was 83.33%, which was obviously superior to that of the control group of 63.33%(P<0.05).Conclusion:In this study, the clinical validation and statistical analysis,Yiqi wenyang fumai decoction in the treatment of heart and kidney yang deficiency type of arrhythmia,compared with ShenSongYangXin capsule conventional therapy has an effective.and safe TCM Prescription for the patients.It has a better effect in improving clinical symptoms,and the price is low,no obvious side effect,have antiarrhythmic effects of clear, so it worthy of further promotion and research in clinical for the treatment of cardiac arrhythmias.
