Objective: Applications of “Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(TCMISS V2.5)” software to analyze prescription Professor Zhou Cuiying treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, summed implicit in medication prescription medication experience, drug laws and find of new prescription.Methods: Collecting cases, entry TCMISS V2.5, Using this software integrates rules analysis, improved mutual information, complex system entropy clustering and unsupervised hierarchical clustering entropy data mining methods,to analyze drug experience of Professor Professor Zhou Cuiying treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Results: Screening of 155 prescriptions were analyzed to determine the variety of prescription drug use frequency and association rules between drugs, obtain 9 kinds of core drug, calculate 10 kinds of the core portfolio,and 5 new prescription.Conclusion: By the analysis of the clinical drug of Professor Zhou Cuiying, it is concluded that in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis mainly used of rheumatism medicine, diuresis Shenshi, antipyretic, blood circulation medicine,ect.
