Clinical Observation Of Jiawei Sanpian Decoction In Treatment Of Migraine(Wind-phlem Stasis Type )

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Jiawei sanpian decotion in the treatment of migraine in the type of wind-phlem stasis,and to confirm its advantages and treatment characteristics,as well as to evaluate its significance for clinical applicaction, and provides scientific evidences for Jiawei sanpian decotion in clinical treatment for migraine in the type of wind-phlem stasis.Methods: 60 patients met with the criteria for study and were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in treatment group received Jiawei sanpian decotion,one dose a day and was given twice during the day.Patients in control group were given flunarizine capsules(sibelium)10mg every night.Treatment lasted for 7days,and follow-up for 28 days after treatment,Symptoms of headache,as well as improvement of TCM syndrome before and after treatment were observed and compared.Results: All 60 patients were recruited in the study with two case failed our study.As for symptomatic treatment of migraine of wind-phlem stasis syndrome, Jiawei sanpian decotion group had an effective rate of 96.67%, as flunarizine capsules group had an effective rate of 86.67%, the statistical analysis promted significant differences between the two groups.As for migraine of wind-phlem stasis syndrome, Jiawei sanpian decotion group had an effective rate of 96.67%, as the flunarizine capsules group had an effective rate of 76.67%, the statistical analysis promted significant differences between the two groups.Conclusion: In a word, Jiawei sanpian decotion had confirmed effects in the treatment of migraine in the type of wind-phlem stasis,and its clinical promotion was assured.In this study,we tried to understand foxier illness from migraine disease has a theoretical innovation, and improves the methods formulae and medicine system for TCM in the treatment of migraine.
