Lan Tian Wan Combined Treatment For Iiib-iv Esophageal Cancer Chemotherapy Curative Effect And The CyclinD1, Caspase3 Protein In Clinical Research

Objective: Clinical observation and evaluation of combination chemotherapy Lan tian wan IIIB-IV esophageal cancer and by immunohistochemistry before and after treatment Cyclin D1, changes in the expression of Caspase-3 protein detection explore its mechanism.Method: Select from October 2013 to April 2014 in line with the standard 66 cases phlegm type IIIB-IV esophageal cancer patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 33 cases, the treatment group received Lan tian wan combination chemotherapy(PTX + 5-Fu + DDP) treatment, the control group received chemotherapy alone(chemotherapy with treatment group). Thereby reducing the degree of malignancy, prevent tumorigenesis and metastasis, thus improving phlegm IIIB-IV prognosis of patients with esophageal cancer.
