Objective:By comparing the “basin inflammation disappear pain one side of joint of convalescent ”and “kun convalescent” group, clinical effect,and tables of syndromes of TCM syndrome was observed,to evaluate “basin inflammation disappear pain one side of joint of convalescent”the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease(damp and hot accumulate knot type) of validity and security.Methods: Data from February 2014 in October 2014 in henan province population and family planning research institute affiliated hospital outpatient treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of damp and hot accumulate knot type patients 68 cases, cases were randomly divided into "basin inflammation disappear pain Ⅰ party joint of convalescent" group and "kun within the piece" the control group(n = 34), the treatment methods: treatment group: "basin inflammation disappear pain Ⅰ party coalition of convalescent"(henan province population and family planning institute affiliated hospitals), basin inflammation disappear pain Ⅰparty, decoction concentration, temperature of 30-40 ℃, a 100 ml, 1 times a day,retention enema, oral of convalescent piece at the same time, 3 times a day, 4 piece at a time. Control: oral of convalescent, usage: 3 times a day, 4 piece at a time. Two groups of patients in the net 3 days per month to start medication, stay for 10 days,observation curative effect after three consecutive menstrual cycles. At the same time during the whole therapy whether any adverse reaction were observed. Observe the changes of clinical symptoms in patients with, for examination of department of gynaecology, ultrasound, and regular monitoring of blood, urine, dung and liver and kidney function, electrocardiogram(ecg). By collecting relevant statistical data using statistical method, for analgesic Ⅰ basin inflammation disappear, the joint of convalescent treatment of damp and hot accumulate knot model to evaluate the clinical curative effect of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Results: 1. Through statistical analysis, the comprehensive effect of the total effective rate was 94.1% in treatment group, control group total effective rate was76.4%, total effective rate comparison, similar between the two groups was statistically significant(chi-square test, P < 0.05), the treatment group can be thought of curative effect is better than the control group.2. Syndrome total score improved after treatment(P < 0.05, the difference was statistically significant, but believe that the treatment group is better than the control group.3. The curative effect in treatment group curative effect, main and signs are better than the control group.After security index of the observation and test, observation group and control group after the drug did not appear abnormal blood, urine, dung; Liver function, kidney function, electrocardiogram(ecg) is no exception.Conclusion:Basin inflammation disappear pain one side of joint of convalescent”the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease(damp and hot accumulate knot type) with obvious therspeutic effect,is especially significant in terms of improving syndromes.Chinese medicine retention enema method for the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease has a certain theoretical basis and clinical curative effect of TCM trestment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease provides a reliable method,used to be promoted.
