Objective: analysis by the application value of ultrasonic elastography(UE) strain ratio(SR) and two-dimensional ultrasonography and color doppler flow imaging in hashimoto’s thyroiditis and the correlation with Thyroid Stimulating Hormone,confirmed check meaning of the Confirm the ultrasound elasticity imaging strain rate ratio method to examine significance.Methods:90 patients with clinical definite Hashimotos thyroiditis were collected,and were divided into 3 groups according to thyroid function—HT hyperthyroidism group, HT euthyroidism group and HT hypothyroidism group. 50 contemporary medical examination persons of no thyroid disease were collected as control group. Using UE measurement on the SR value, using the pulse doppler measurement on thyroid artery systolic blood flow velocity biggest Vmax, resistance index, applying the morning fasting venous blood on TSH.Data from SPSS19.0 statistical analysis was used to compare each SR values and thyroid artery Vmax, RI values, the difference of the analysis of SR and Vmax value and the correlation of serum TSH.Result:The population distribution were different of between control group and patient groups. The value of SR were rise in order by HT hyperthyroidism group, control group, HT euthyroidism group and HT hypothyroidism group.① The SR value of control group was lower than HT euthyroidism group and HT hypothyroidism group with statistical significance(P<0.01). ② The SR value of hyperthyroidism group was lower than HT euthyroidism group and HT hypothyroidism group with statistical significance(P<0.01). ③The SR value of HT euthyroidism group was lower than HT hypothyroidism group with statistical significance(P<0.01). ④There was a positive correlation between SR value and serum TSH level. ⑤ Population distribution of superior thyroid artery Vmax were different among those groups. There was a positive correlation between superior thyroid artery Vmax and serum TSH level in HT hypothyroidism group. There was no statistical significance of RI value between different groups.Conclusions:Color doppler ultrasound can be used to observe the blood flow distribution in thyroid parenchyma and pulse doppler can be used to measure superior thyroid artery Vmax, RI which reflect the superior thyroid artery Vmax and resistance index. Vmax value in HT hypothyroidism has a positive correlation with serum TSH. UE can reflect the hardness of thyroid tissue better on the base of two-dimension and color doppler ultrasound and offer a better information of the hardness of thyroid tissue with HT of different development phase.UE as a new ultrasound technique,not only to provide enough information about the hardness of the diseased tissue dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasound can not provide, and SR was positively correlated with serum TSH,HT for noninvasive evaluation course development stage is a very meaningful auxiliary method of clinical diagnosis.
