For the internal organization of the human body or pathological changes, doctors often, in the diagnosis, need to determine condition by using medical images. But for the cerebral aneurysms, it mainly depends on its size, shape and its flow field as a basis for the diagnosis. It is difficult to make accurate judgment only through two-dimensional picture, so to establish 3 d graphics is necessary. Previous modeling method is too cumbersome, and precision is low.Due to the shape of brain aneurysms are varied, this study collected a large number of brain aneurysms data, through the data analysis, Select the most types of location and shape size as the sample.In this article, we find a simple 3 d model reconstruction method and made a theoretical analysis of the surface fitting through reverse engineering. Although only rely on the results of numerical simulation, can not fully explain the artery disease,but the results of the numerical simulation can help people better understand the brain aneurysm disease occurrence, development of physiological and pathological basis. In addition,simply introduce the saving format of model and format conversion method.Stent intervention operation as emerging brain aneurysm treatment has a number of advantages, such as low cost, safety, less complications and operation is simple.Because structure shape, the existing stents is easy to cause a stroke after placed in arteries,so it is need to be further optimized. The optimization of stents mainly through the analysis of the fluid-structure coupling effect to see the effect, so needing to make the stents and the cerebral aneurysm model fit together. The shape of a cerebral aneurysm model is variety and the shape of stents is rules. In the surgical treatment, stents and vascular shape have changed under the interaction, when the stent implanted. Brain aneurysm model and stents model is "rigid body", how to integrate the two together, there is no research in this field. To solve this problem, wepropose two methods.The first method:through reverse thinking, through the conception of the shape of the both after placing stents to establish the Cerebral aneurysms mold and stents mold, then put the two molds together.
