Most of domestic hospitals by balance accounting performance bonuses, ignored the hospital in performance appraisal, formulate strategic development goals, focus on economic indicators, assessment index through the outpatient service clinical assessment of inferior clinical departments, focus on economic benefit, ignore the social benefit index, is not conducive to long-term development of hospital. Patients generally response public hospital medical staff service attitude is poor, doctor time is too short, order too many drugs, etc., these are ignored by the hospital medical quality and medical service level. Public hospital one-upmanship, blind expansion of common growth, income generation makes hospital but patient satisfaction gradually decline. Public hospital should focus on the "public welfare", the appraisal of medical quality should be comprehensive consideration the interests of patients, quality of life and other satisfied services such as external, social factors, medical staff work were analyzed to improve the level of public hospital performance management.Based on NO.4 Hospital, we use the method of balanced scorecard and key performance index method to build up the scientific hospital management system. The object of this study is a public hospital, as a typical representative of public hospitals, 4 X city hospital through the design of perfect performance management system to improve the hospital management deficiencies. Hospital performance management system implementation is a process of constantly improving. In the later research work, the hospital should pay attention to the author’s management experience, through to the other hospital performance management experience learning can promote the hospital performance management is practical, so as to realize the unification of the hospital development and social harmonious development. |
