| With the continuous development of the national economy,people’s lives have been greatly improved.After the material life is satisfied,people’s attention to health is also increasing.Today,when there are a large number of public hospitals,private hospitals need to be better developed and stand out in the fierce market competition.Under the market economy model,hospital management tends to be a large development trend.Compared with public hospitals,the advantage of private hospitals in market competition is not obvious.In order to improve the economic benefits of hospitals and make them more profitable in a market economy environment,it is imperative to introduce enterprise management methods into hospital management.Therefore,improving the market competitiveness of hospitals through performance management in human resource management is currently a major direction for researchers.At present,there are relatively many studies on the performance management of public hospitals,and there are fewer studies on the performance management of private hospitals.This paper takes A Hospital of Henan Province as an example to understand the status quo of its performance management through interviews.It analyzes that there are ambiguous performance management personnel in Performance Management of A Hospital,lack of clear assessment targets for performance assessment,and no detailed breakdown of performance indicators.Individuals,imperfect performance management systems,failure to achieve full performance management participation,and lack of performance monitoring in performance management programs.This article through the review of relevant literature at home and abroad,this paper defines the principle of A hospital performance optimization,select the balance card tool,from the hospital level,department level and post level three levels of index design and index decomposition,and ultimately determined each Job specification.At the same time,this paper carries out related optimization on the four aspects of planning,supervision,evaluation and feedback of A hospital’s performance management program,and gives advice on performance target setting from three aspects of financial goals,brand goals and market goals.Performance training to ensure that the optimized performance management program can play a role in the A hospital. |
