Objective : For studying of the effects of angiotensin converting enzyme( ACE) gene polymorphism and the relationship between familial essential hypertension(EH)。Methods:The method of sequencing and detecting DNA sequencing by using in situ hybridization fluorescence staining,110 patients with essential hypertension(Group) were 46 patients with essential hypertension(A group) and 64 patients with no family history of hypertension(B group) and 43 healthy people(group C),I/D gene ACE polymorphism genotype frequency and allele frequency. Results: ①Group A and group B patients and healthy controls(group C) frequency of DD genotype of ACE gene were 37.0%、32.8%、11.6%;D allele frequency distribution are respectively 57.6%、52.3%、33.7%。②The ratio of(A group +B group) and healthy control group(C group) was better than that in healthy control group,ACE gene DD genetype frequency(p=0.041) and D allele frequency(p= 0.003) were significantly higher(P = 0.05)。③The distribution of ACE gene DD genetype frequency(p=0.010) and D allele frequency(p= 0.001) was significantly different between C and A groups; The distribution of ACE gene DD genetype frequency(p= 0.033) and D allele frequency(p= 0.007) was significantly different between C and B groups; However, there was no difference in the DD genetype(p= 0.743) and D allele frequency(p= 0.439) between A and B groups。Conclusions:There was no difference in the gene constitution ratio between the two groups and the allele frequency distribution in the patients with essential hypertension and without family history of essential hypertension。...
