Objective Analyze the relationships between the features of ba PWV and factors of cardiovascular disease risk in different genders, providing basis for the early intervention of atherosclerosis. Methods Select objects of different genders and ages from the Kailuan 101510 cases randomly. Harvest the basic data by testing the questionnaire and blood indexes. Detect the Brachial ankle pulse wave velocity(ba PWV) by BP-203 RPE III network arteriosclerosis detection equipment. Correlation analysis of traditional cardiovascular risk factors and ba PWV by correlation analysis. Analysis of influence of traditional cardiovascular disease risk factors of ba PWV, multiple linear regression analysis and logistic regression analysis were analyzed and compared, P < 0.05 considered significant differences were of statistically significance.Result 1 5129(94.28%) of the 101510 example were selected to participate in the statistic analysis. 3074 males with an average age of 56.75 and 2055 females with an average age of 52.33. 2 Multiple indexes of males are higher than that of the females, including systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, triglyceride, fasting blood glucose, body mass index, blood creatinine, total bilirubin, blood with homocysteine levels, current smoking, alcohol, exercise > 3 times / week, diabetes, hypertension(P < 0.01). Part of the index was higher in females than in males, including heart rate, high density lipoprotein cholesterol levels and taking lipid-lowering drugs(P < 0.01).3 There is obvious relevance between ba PWV and gender, age. The correlation coefficient on ba PWV and age in the male is 0.6, that in female is 0.69. The Linear regression analysis showed that the level of ba PWV in male was higher than that in female before the age of 55, P <0.01 differences are obviously. 55 years later, there was no obvious difference between the ba PWV level of male and female and there is no statistic significance. ba PWV in male increases 16.5cm/s every year; ba PWV in female increases 22.91cm/s.4 The male ba PWV is independently associated with age, systolic blood pressure, heart rate, fasting blood glucose, body mass index, smoking, diastolic blood pressure, triglyceride, total bilirubin, ultra sensitive C reactive protein and homocysteine and hypertension. The female ba PWV is independently related to age, systolic blood pressure, ventricular rate, fasting blood glucose, body mass index, smoking, HDL-C, blood creatinine, use of antihypertensive drugs. Conclusion Ba PWV and multiple cardiovascular risk factors have obvious correlation, including gender, age, blood pressure, blood glucose, blood lipid and renal function and heart rate, super sensitive C reactive protein and homocysteine cysteine and preventing cardiovascular events occurred through intervention of cardiovascular risk factors for delayed ba PWV increase.
