In recent years, along with the development of medical and health industry in the introduction of a large number of information technology, in order to expedite the construction of hospital information, many of the country’s large medical institutions have built their own medical and health system. In order to adapt to the current situation, many hospital physical examination center are to keep up with the pace of information construction, the construction of health examination management information system for the medical examination center. Because of the medical work in the traditional process, the lack of automation equipment necessary, informatization construction is relatively weak, resulting in the accumulation of a large number of data, complicated operation, chaotic management, work efficiency is not high. In order to cope with the impact of the operation and management of the informatization construction of physical examination center in the modern computer technology as the foundation, in order to achieve communication between the medical and health management system of hospital medical equipment ideas will emerge as the times require. The hospital laboratory equipment and laboratory management system(LIS), picture archiving and communication system(PACS) and data transfer between the hospital health examination management system and analysis is the focus of this paper.In this paper, the author has participated in the health examination management system of Hebei University, Key Laboratory, analysis of communication of health examination management system of hospital medical equipment demand design and implementation are introduced. Through the serial port to complete the data acquisition technology between the medical equipment and instrument host through the interface design is completed, the data was collected and analyzed, and the debugging of program. Then make a comparison of a variety of interface between the examination management system and medical care system, and finally decided to use the middle database method to carry on the development, through the analysis of LIS and PACS related data tables, carries on the design to the database table, set the transfer target, send mark fields, completed the data transmission between the physical system and LIS and PACS system.The communication of medical equipment and health management system is completed, to achieve rapid acquisition and analysis processing huge quantity of medical data, so that the various departments work station staff from the heavy manual operation freed, greatly improving the various functional departments and inspection of the work efficiency, can have more time to provide more the high quality service for the patients. Oracle 10 g database can realize the unified management of medical data, storage, to ensure the safety of patient medical information, solve the majority of medical equipment can not only the data communication and storage and other defects. And in accordance with the physical examination management system requirements, implementation of the inspection report format, realizes the seamless communication of medical equipment and health management system.
