Linjiang is said, "Changbai dimensional resource treasure house", medicinal plant resources are very rich. There are many varieties of national precious wild plants and more than 100 species of herbs and so on. And many medicinal plants have been in folk is applied for years. In this paper, ultrasound-assisted extraction method of total phenols selected medicinal plants, using response surface methodology to improve Acer ginnala leaf, branch and Xanthium italicum Moretti leaf, branch total phenol extraction rate, while using in vitro screening selected Institute medicinal plants in vitro antioxidant activity of α- glucosidase inhibitory activity of the inhibitory activity of nitrite, Specific experiments and results are as follows:1. Extraction of total phenolic compounds of medicinal plantsUltrasonic assisted extraction method of total phenolic compounds of medicinal plants, the extraction rate of total phenol content of medicinal plants vary greatly, for 0.01-23.36%, higher total phenol extraction rate of 10 kinds of medicinal plants, respectively for Acer ginnala(fruit)(23.36%), Acer ginnala(leaf)(9.35%), Acer ginnala(branch)(9.30%), Oenothera erythrosepala Borb.(8.36%), Vitis vinifera(seed)(7.70%), Lonicera caerulea L. var. enulis Turcz et Herd(leaf)(5.92%), Geum aleppicum Jacq.(4.06%), Acanthopanax senticosus(bacillus)(3.80%), Lysimachia clethroides Duby(3.42%) and Xanthium italicum Moretti(leaf)(2.96%).2. The response surface methodology improve the acer ginnala leaf, branch and Xanthium italicum Moretti leaf, branch total phenol extraction yieldFirst, the use of single-factor test to determine the alcohol concentration, extraction time, liquid-solid ratio of the range, and then use the central composite design- response surface analysis to determine the optimum extraction process.Acer ginnala leaf of total phenols optimum conditions: liquid-solid ratio 246 mL·g-1, ethanol concentration 55%, extraction time 46 min. Acer ginnala branch of total phenols optimum conditions: liquid-solid ratio 231 mL·g-1, ethanol concentration 66%, extraction time 42 min. Xanthium italicum Moretti leaf of total phenols optimum conditions: liquid-solid ratio 195 mL·g-1, ethanol concentration 54%, extraction time 31 min. Xanthium italicum Moretti branch of total phenols optimum conditions: liquid-solid ratio 145 mL·g-1, ethanol concentration 47%, extraction time 35 min.3. In vitro antioxidant activity of medicinal plantsBy total phenolic content of medicinal plant extracts, medicinal plant extracts to restore the ability of iron ions, medicinal plant extracts on DPPH radical scavenging capacity to measure the antioxidant capacity, including in vitro antioxidant ability of 10 kinds of drugs plants were Acer ginnala(fruit), Vitis vinifera(seed), Oenothera erythrosepala Borb., Acer ginnala(branch), Lysimachia clethroides Duby, Geum aleppicum Jacq., Lonicera caerulea L. var. enulis Turcz et Herd(leaf), Acer ginnala(leaf), Artemisia stolonifera(Maxim.) Komar and Lonicera caerulea L. var. enulis Turcz et Herd(branch).4. Medicinal plants α- glucosidase inhibitory activityFirst determined a fixed concentration of medicinal plant extracts against α-glucosidase inhibition rate, and then select a sample having a higher inhibition rate was further measured and calculated their IC50 values, in order to determine its α-glucosidase suppression capability, which ability eight kinds of medicinal plants were Acer ginnala(branch), Vitis vinifera(seed), Acer ginnala(fruit), Rubia cordifolia L., Melampyrum roseum Maxim., Acer ginnala(leaf), Loose Artemisia and Xanthium italicum Moretti(fruit).5. Medicinal plants nitrite inhibitory activityFirst determined a fixed concentration of medicinal plant extracts on inhibition rate of nitrite, and then select the samples with higher inhibition rate was further measured and calculated their IC50 values, in order to determine their ability to inhibit Nitrite, ability among 11 kinds of medicinal plants were Lycopus parviflorus Maxim., Rubia cordifolia L., Vitis vinifera(seed), Geum aleppicum Jacq., Acer ginnala(branch), Agrimonia pilosa Ldb., Oenothera erythrosepala Borb., Acer ginnala(leaf), Artemisia stolonifera(Maxim.) Komar, Acer ginnala(fruit) and Xanthium italicum Moretti(fruit). In this paper, using the response surface method improve medicinal plants of total phenol extraction yield, and to determine the optimal extraction process. By in vitro screening method selected studies in vitro biological activity of medicinal plants, aims at providing a medicinal plant resources development and utilization to provide scientific basis.
