| Objectives:It is high incidence of gastric cance in shanbei region of our country, Collect gastric cancer epidemiological residents’ characteristics come from 2010.1-2014.12 years five years in Yanan of shanxi province,who are from representative and influential three hospital and all cases of these cancer patients with location related epidemiological data are retrospectively analyzed, in order to better prevent gastric cancer occurrence, develop and actively treat to provide scientific and reasonable basis.Methods:1. Collect 1689 patients with gastric cancer clinical epidemiological data between 2010.1 to 2014.12 y five years who are from Yanan university hospital, Yan ’an shanxi province people’s hospital and Yan ’an hospital all by gastroscope room and three big hospital department confirmed and home address belong to Yanan relevant data of the region location.Use the statistical to analy the related factors of gastric cancer.2. Use this 1689 gastric cancer patients data in Yanan to analyze the general data and compare the difference(including the cardia, gastric, Angle of gastric body, gastric antrum, stomach, pylorus and most or all stomach) of gastric cancer in gender, age, geographic distribution, clinical classification, the form of credit type and degree of differentiation.To analyze during nearly five years the epidemiological characteristics of the different partof gastric cancer in Yanan.Results:1. the gastric body cancer(34.34%) of 1689 gastric body cancer, full stomach or most cancer(27.29%) of 1689 gastric body cancer, distal gastric cancer(22.32%) of 1689 gastric body cancer, cardia cancer(11.07%) of 1689 gastric body cancer,, the most common in the gastric body cancer.2. From the analysis on gender, male patients are 1307(77.38%), female patients are 382(2.62%), and different parts of the incidence of gastric cancer is predominantly male.From the analysis on the onset age, the incidence of gastric cancer change between an average age of 62.13 ~ 62.13 in nearly five years.The distal cancer onset age is 40 ~ 59 year old, as high as 47.1%;The rest parts of gastric cancer is 60 ~ 79 year old.From the professional analysis, the farmers are the main groups of gastric cancer, accounting for 55.2% of the total number of patients, stomach cancer and various parts are mainly farmers.From the aspects of geographic distribution, mainly concentrated in gastric cancer Baota district(35.8%), Ansai(12.7%), and each part gastric cancer were the most in Baota district;Huanglong and Huangling is relatively small.3. Early gastric cancer detection rate is low, only 35(2.7%) of the total number of gastric cancer.Early gastric cancer are mainly concentrated in cardia, gastric body, accounting for 62.86% of the total number of early gastric cancer.Advanced gastric cancer clinical classification is most of ulcer infiltrating type, and each part of stomach cancer in BorrmannⅢmost.Each part of the histologically gastric cancer are mainly adenocarcinoma.And squamous cell carcinoma(SCC) is only distributed in cardia, signet ring cell carcinoma are mainly distributed in the distal.Each part of helicobacter pylori is predominantly negative;Each part are differentiated is most of low differentiation.Conclusion:1. Yanan gastric cancer’ location is followed by gastric body, gastric antrum cancer, cardia cancer.It is most of body gastric cancer.The trend of a change in the location of gastric cancer, the incidence of proximal stomach cancer rising year by year, especially the gastric body, the incidence of cardia cancer rose;The incidence of distal gastric cancer have a downward trend, relative reduce gastric antrum cancer.2. The different parts of the incidence of gastric cancer men more than women;Each part is mainly in the age of the elderly gastric cancer, distal stomach cancer is most of 40 ~ 59 year old;the remaining parts of stomach cancer is most of 60 ~ 79 years old;Farmers and residents are all parts of the main groups of gastric cancer;Different parts of the gastric cancer are mainly concentrated in Baota district and Ansai which are in north of Yanan and southeast region is less. So we should be care of the stomach in Yanan south census, popularize knowledge of cancer of the stomach, improve the living conditions of people in the region and let diet habit reasonable.3. Early gastric cancer detection rate is low. Early gastric cancer is mainly in the cardia and gastric body;Each part of the advanced gastric cancer is of ulcer infiltrating type;Each part is most of adenocarcinoma, gastric carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma occurs only in the cardia, gastric body two parts, mainly concentrated in the distal signet ring cell carcinoma, different parts of the different pathological type, should be studied in-depth to explore its mechanism;Each part is most of helicobacter pylori negative rate, Helicobacter pylori is in pericarcinoma;Each part is low differentiation, differentiated high tip once the onset of the malignant degree of gastric cancer, the prognosis is poor. |
