Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Laryngeal Cough By Xvjiang Xie’s Needle Stabbing Camp Combined With Acupuncture At Yanan 1 And Yanan 2

Objective:The purpose of this project was to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Xvjiang Xie’s needle stabbing camp and acupuncture at Yanan1,Yanan 2 treatment for laryngeal cough,At the same time,we try to preliminary exploration the mechanism of Xvjiang Xie’s needle stabbing camp combined with acupuncture of Yanan 1 and Yanan 2 therapy for laryngeal cough.In order to provide a new external treatment for laryngeal cough,and to develop a standardized treatment scheme,so as to facilitate the clinical popularization and application of this treatment technology.Methods:In this experiment,72 patients with laryngeal cough who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into acupuncture group,needle knife bayonets group and acupuncture knife combined with acupuncture group according to 1:1:1 ratio,each group was 24 cases.Among them,acupuncture knife combined with acupuncture group used acupuncture knife acupuncture camp combined with acupuncture Yanan 1 and Yanan 2therapy,first using acupuncture knife acupuncture camp therapy and then using acupuncture Yanan 1 and Yanan 2 therapy.The following steps are taken:during the operation,the operator must told the patient that they should take the sitting position,and keep his head tilted forward slightly,and told the patient that they should fix the head position。The doctor first told the patient to open his mouth,his left hand pressed the first 2/3 of the tongue with a 3 of the tongue in order to fully expose the patient’s oropharynx,and then the right hand with a small needle knife,the tip of the small needle knife pointed at the pharyngeal cavity mucosal congestion swelling and the posterior pharyngeal wall follicular.The posterior pharyngeal wall mucosa was punctured 5 times with plexus prick method,and the posterior pharyngeal wall lymphoid follicle(3 lymphoid follicles each time)was punctured 1 times.Each puncture depth is about1 mm,the speed of entry and exit should be fast,with microbleeds as the degree,after treatment with tin spray a little in the affected area.After waiting for the patient to rest for a moment without discomfort,then the patients were treated with acupuncture treat.The doctor should told the patient to relax and routine disinfection of neck,After taking 1 inch needle acupuncture bilateral Yanan 1 point(located just below cervical mandibular angle)and Yanan 2 point(located 0.5 inch from Yanan 1 to the median line of the neck).During acupuncture,the needle tip was oblique to the mouth,the depth of acupuncture was 0.5-0.7 inches,and the needle was kept for 20 minutes after the patient got qi.During the needle retention,the patient was told to take deep breaths,swallow saliva and chew slowly.The acupuncture group was treated with acupuncture on Yanan1 and Yanan 2 therapy,and needle stabbing camp therapy was used in the acupuncture camp group.Course of treatment:the three groups were treated once a day and 2 weeks of continuous treatment as a course of treatment.Observation indicators:The change of symptom and sign score Pre-treatment,7 days of treatment and 14 days of treatment,and the total clinical effect of the three groups were followed up 3 months after operation.Data analysis:spss23.00 software is used for data analysis in this test.Results: The results of this study show that:(1)the scores of symptoms and signs 7 days after treatment and 14 days after treatment in the three groups were compared the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the three treatments had curative effect on laryngeal cough.(2)the scores of symptoms and signs before and on the14 th day of treatment in the three groups were compared between the two groups.The analysis showed that the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the curative effect of acupuncture combined with acupuncture was better than that of acupuncture group and acupuncture group.(3)the clinical efficacy of the three groups was compared,the analysis showed that the P value was less than 0.05,there was significant difference,and the total effective rate of acupuncture combined with acupuncture group was higher than that of acupuncture group and acupuncture group.(4)finally,the follow-up recurrence of the three groups after 3 months of treatment was compared.The analysis showed that the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),which indicated that the recurrence rate of acupuncture combined with acupuncture group was lower than that of acupuncture group and acupuncture group.(5)In this experimental study,no adverse events occurred in the three groups and the safety evaluation of all cases was grade I cases was grade I,indicating that needle knife combined with acupuncture therapy,needle knife therapy and acupuncture therapy were all safe treatment techniques.Conclusion: The following conclusions can be drawn from this experimental study:1.acupuncture knife baying combined with acupuncture yanan 1 and yanan 2 treatment of laryngeal cough cough clinical effect is accurate;2.The combination of needle stabbing camp and acupuncture yanan 1 and yanan 2 therapy is superior to needle stabbing camp therapy and acupuncture yanan 1 and yanan 2 therapy;3.Treatment of laryngeal cough with needle stabbing camp therapy combined with acupuncture on Yanan 1and Yanan 2 has less recurrence rate after 3 months;4.The treatment of laryngogenic cough by needle stabbing camp combined with acupuncture therapy of Yanan 1 and Yanan 2 has the advantages of less adverse reactions and high safety;This therapy is the improvement and development of traditional Chinese medicine external treatment therapy,the innovation and improvement of laryngeal cough traditional Chinese medicine treatment method,can achieve the effect of catharsis evil poison,reconcile pharynx qi and blood meridian.This therapy can become the routine treatment of laryngeal cough after setting the operation standard,and it is worth popularizing in the whole country.
