| Objective:Spontaneous pneumothorax is one kind of pulmonary diseases, it is a kind o f d i s e a s e i n t h e p l e u r a l c a v i t y, l u n g d i s e a s e, l u n g t i s s u e d a m a g e b e c a u s e of the relevantorgan level, or is caused by the rupture of pleura, which makes the air through the lungs and bronchi into the pleural cavity, of course, it may also be caused rupture of air into fineemphysema bubble, the bubble due to the pulmonary emphysema, so when it broke down, the air will enter into the pleural cavity, resulting in spontaneous pneumothorax. Most of thespontaneous pneumothorax is a secondary, difficult to heal diseases, main clinical manifestations were dyspnea, chest pain, cough, when pneumothorax pneumothorax, will be the amount of bleeding, heart palpitations, low blood pressure, cold extremities and other symptoms. The treatment for some spontaneous pneumothorax patients, if the pleural cavity pneumatosis is less, so can heal itself, does not need any special treatment of product gas can be absorbed by the body, but in severe cases, the need for puncture, the product gas out of instruments, helping to eliminate the pleura cavity. This thesis chooses the single hole and three hole videoassisted thoracoscopic treatment for spontaneous pneumothoraxwere studied, analysis of the effect of this method in the treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax, and study the mechanism of medical practice, and scholars have to provide the corresponding theoretical basis.Methods:This thesis has be carried on the analysis to the single hole and three hole video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery for spontaneous pneumothorax treatment method of case analysis,selected 50 patients with spontaneous pneumothorax in our hospital from 2012 January~2014 year in May with the clinical symptoms of the patients, aged between 16 to 55 years,preoperative baseline assessment, ruled out the condition is more complex multiple pulmonarybulla patients, selected are no serious complications inpatients with. At the same time before operation were given routine assessment and examination, no operation contraindication. The research method is the 50 group of computer random number, number is divided into a group of singular, the single hole treatment, and even as a group, the triple therapy. In data processing, this research adopts is more authoritative medical statistics software PEMS3.1.Results:In the elimination of the influence of anesthesia, so there is no big difference of two kinds of operation amount of bleeding, statistically speaking, is P=0.5932,so it can be based on the statistical comparison, because the single hole due to be less than the opening of the traditional, so the length of incision in patients will be much smaller. By means of statistical development, postoperative drainage and postoperative pain, single holeand three hole video-assisted thoracoscopic treatment has the very big difference. thevpostoperative drainage, statistically significant differences between the two reached 0.0027,drainage holes are higher than single hole, hole will cause the chest wall exudate increased,so I guess is to increase the number of holes leads to an increase in thoracic effusion. From the investigation of postoperative pain, single hole and three hole difference value reached 0.0039, that is to say the amount of single hole after pain a lot less than three.Conclusion:Through the statistics and analysis of statistics, excluding differences in operation time and hospitalizationtime of patients, single hole in the treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax is moreadvantages, it can not only achieve the purpose of operation, also can be to reduce patient trauma operation, more in line with the pursuit of the goal of minimally invasive operation, not only can improve the operation of the quality, but also can bring the gospel to the health of patients. |
