Objective: Comparing the short-term clinical effect of single-port thoracoscopy with two-port thoracoscopy in the treatment of lung cancer. Methods: From September 2016 to July 2018,56 patients with operable lung cancer in thoracic surgery of the Fourth Hospital of Hebei Medical University were selected. They were divided into single-hole group and two-hole group according to different surgical methods.Among them,single-hole group was used to treat lung cancer(31 cases),and two-hole group was used to treat lung cancer(25 cases). The intraoperative blood loss, the number of lymph nodes in the operation, the total number of lymph nodes removed during operation, the operation time, and postoperative time were compared.Indwelling chest tube time, total postoperative drainage,Postoperative complications, hospitalization costs, and postoperative hospital stay. Results: Surgery was successful in both groups. There were no perioperative deaths and no intraoperative conversion to thoracotomy. There was no significant difference between the single-hole group and the two-hole group. The intraoperative blood loss, operation time,Postoperative complications hospitalization cost, average number of lymph nodes in the operation, and total number of lymph nodes removed during the operation were not statistically significant(P> 0.05).The average postoperative indwelling chest tube time was(4.42±1.65)days and(6.04±2.76)days,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.014).The average postoperative total drainage volume of the two groups was(918.71±600.71).)ml and(1288.60 ± 609.93)ml,the difference was statistically significant(P= 0.027);the average postoperative hospital stay was(6.94 ± 2.05)days and(8.40 ± 3.23)days,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.044).Conclusion: The results of single-hole thoracoscopic surgery for lung cancer and two-hole thoracoscopic surgery for lung cancer can reduce trauma and shorten postoperative hospital stay.Single-hole thoracoscopic surgery is safe and feasible for lung cancer surgery.
