| As an important part of China’s pension industry, the pension caregivers have become a new labor army, as well as an important force, which grows up in the aging process of populatio n and largely promotes the old-age society of C hina. During the Twelfth Five-Year Plan period, under the serious situation that several critical problems of China’s population such as aging and the size of family increasingly miniaturization and thin, institutional endowment is becoming a much more popular choice for the elderly. As is known to all, the developed countries, which entered the aging earlier, has accumulated abundant experience in nursing already, and established scientific, reasonable, mature, systemic management service system as well. They give full condition to the disabled elder, who need professional care, and to the salary, social status, and career development of the related employees. Although, in recent years, China’s relevant government departments has gradually paid attention and more efforts to solve the pension problem, the development endowment institutions is still uneven and unhealthy, not to mention a lots of problems in the provided service and the management of the personnel who provide service. This is due to a series of reasons, including China’s late aging process, large population base, unbalanced economic development, and traditional thought influence.Under the huge pension pressure, the development of old-age nursing team is now greatly changing China’s pension pattern. However, it is common that good pension caregivers is hard to hire, manage and stay nowadays. Hence, there’re series of problems such as low-diploma, high average age, poor learning ability, and so forth. According to the existing problems in the team development of pension caregivers, this thesis, using various methods such as literature review, cases comparison, questionnaire, depth interview, etc. In order to find the causes of existing problems, the t hesis takes data and interviews, which are from the typical part in our country, as the example, summarizes the present situation, which is the career development of nursing home staff, and analyzes from three angles, which are individual, employer, and society. It is widely accepted that promoting the development of nursing staff is an important measure which meets our national situation that C hina is in the population aging process and under the present stage endowment pressure. Therefore, in order to solve the current problems of employment and rights protection of the pension caregivers, as well as expand the team and attract more talents join it, this thesis proposes that more measures, including The optimize the structure of nursing personnel, improve the occupation competitiveness, improve the organization configuration, to strengthen institutional support, Cohesion of social forces, to create a good environment of occupation. What is really important is to cultivate a group of employees which has sufficient number and high quality of practitioners, to meet the development needs of China’s pension service industry. |
