A Study On The Development Dilemma Of Medical And Pension Institutions In China

Aging has become an important issue facing all countries in the world,and the degree of aging in China is also among the best in the world.How to make the elderly have medical care and support is the top priority of the current social development,and also a major problem to be solved by the state and individuals.It is in this background that the mode of combining medical care with old-age care came into being,and it has developed rapidly in line with China’s national conditions and the needs of the people.Because the combination of medical care and pension is in the development and running in period,many problems have not been properly solved.Although many years of pilot work in the combination of medical care and pension services have achieved some results,but in general,it is still in the early stage of development.As a new pension model,the development of the combination of medical and nursing is not sufficient,which restricts its function to a certain extent,so it is urgent to give in-depth study in theory.In this paper,on the basis of a large number of reading the previous literature and combing the policy of the combination of medical care and nursing,in addition to field visits to understand the combination of medical care and nursing institutions,in-depth analysis and exploration are carried out,and the main problems arising from the development of countermeasures are studied.This paper focuses on the following aspects of the development difficulties and Countermeasures of the elderly care institutions.The first part is the introduction.The background,significance,ideas and methods of this research are clarified.On the basis of combing and summarizing the existing domestic literature and research,this paper summarizes the existing results and problems of the research,and for the lack of research in this paper.The second part is related concepts and related theoretical interpretation.After a lot of literature review,the paper defines the concepts of the combination of medical care and pension,the combination of medical care and pension model and the combination of medical care and pension institutions according to the needs of this paper,and introduces the welfare pluralism theory,social interaction theory and social integration theory briefly.The third part is the current situation of the construction of medical and nursing combined pension institutions-Taking G Province as an example.Through combing the relevant policy documents of the state and G Province,analyzing the development achievements,and visiting some medical and nursing institutions,this paper studies the current situation of medical and nursing integration.The fourth part is the dilemma of the construction of the elderly care institutions.In the research,it is found that there are some problems,such as the lack of resources connection between "medical" and "maintenance",the relatively high standard and cost of setting up medical institutions for the elderly,the low coverage rate of fixed-point medical insurance for the combined medical and maintenance institutions,the lack of medical staff for the combined medical and maintenance institutions,the lack of health management mechanism for the combined medical and maintenance institutions,and the lack of the concept of the combination of medical and maintenance and the healthy elderly care.The fifth part is the policy thinking of promoting the development of medical and pension institutions.In view of the problems and difficulties found,this paper puts forward several solutions,including integrating resources,promoting the development of medical and nursing integration,benign interaction,improving the ability of medical and nursing integration,multiple welfare,and strengthening and improving medical security.
