Objective: After study kyi tricholoma matsutake polysaccharide on radiation injury of immune regulation and protection of oxidative damage in rats.Methods: Choose clean level 40 healthy male SD rats, Weight(140 ±20) g,adaptability to the laboratory feeding a week, Adopt the method of completely randomized divided into normal control group, model control group, ji songrong polysaccharide high dose group, low dose group ji songrong polysaccharide, 10 in each group, model control group, ji songrong polysaccharide high dose group, low dose group ji songrong, polysaccharide give linear accelerator X-ray irradiation,after building a high dose group to give her tricholoma matsutake polysaccharide 200 mg/kg/d, low dose group of 100 mg/kg/d filling and feeding,normal control group, model control group, only to give the same amount of saline. Two weeks after the abdominal aorta in blood serum separation, using the ELISA method measuring the glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX), Malondialdehyde(MDA), using the Double antibody clip art Tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α), Interleukin 2(IL- 2); With tetramethyl azo salt azole(determined by MTT) method determination of lymphocyte proliferation activity; Red blood cell solubility was calculated by the ultraviolet spectrophotometer,The results of the analysis.Results: Compared with normal control group, model control group content of gsh-px decreased, MDA content increased, the TNF alpha,IL- 2 content reduce, lymphocyte proliferation activity,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), Red blood cells lower solubility,There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05). Polysaccharide and ji songrong, high and low dose group of rats gsh-px levels rise, reduce MDA content, higher content of TNF alpha, IL- 2, lymphocyte proliferation activity increased,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), higher solubility of red blood cells,There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);Compared with model control group, taking her tricholoma matsutake polysaccharide content of gsh-px in rats increased, MDA content decreased, the TNF alpha, IL- 2 content increases,, higher solubility of red blood cells,The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion Kyi tricholoma matsutake polysaccharide can adjust gsh-px and MDA, TNF alpha, IL- 2, activity of lymphocyte proliferation activity and the content of solubility of red blood cells, the radiation damage in rats after oxidative damage and immune function has certain protective effect.
