Objective:For the treatment of hepatolithiasis, major abdominal operation in recent years and gradually by two ways of minimally invasive operation in clinical application of the more traditional treatment. In general, minimally invasive treatment has been more widely used in clinical, especially on cholecystectomy. Minimally invasive treatment for hepatolithiasis due to operation difficulty, be selective for cases of lesion range(generally chronic, age is not too high, less basic diseases) is superior to the traditional operation mode of treatment and minimally invasive unique electric knife injury and CO2 pneumoperitoneum is influence on patients. This lead us from a series of related index(operation time, bleeding volume, postoperative drainage time, postoperative complications, recurrence rate of gallstone, residual stone rate), explore the different operation mode of clinical efficacy in the treatment of hepatolithiasis.Methods:1. Select the second hospital of Shanxi Medical University in 2012 June ~2014 year in September admitted to the Department of general surgery of 64 cases of hepatolithiasis patients medical records.2. According to the different methods of operation were divided into two groups, the control group received traditional operation treatment, the experimental group performing minimally invasive operation treatment, compared two groups of clinical curative effect.3. Through the statistical analysis calculation were compared between the two groups in operation time, bleeding volume, postoperative drainage tube indwelling time, and detailed analysis of each group the incidence of complications, recurrence rate of cholecystolithiasis and the residual stone rate.4. Finally, the use of chi square test for minimally invasive surgical treatment of bile duct stones is better than the traditional surgery.Results:1. The experimental group operation time(min:120.28±11.67 vs 141.36±13.52),the amount of bleeding during operation(ml:79.35±9.71 vs 146.34±12.25)and the retention time of drainage tube after operation(d:3.23±1.21 vs 4.93±3.34)were shorter than the control group. To reduce these observation index can reflect the safety operation.2. The experimental group the incidence of postoperative complications(0 vs18.75 %),the stone recurrence rate(0 vs 21.87 %),the probability of residual gallstones(6.25 % vs 25.006.25 %)were lower than those in control group.Have statistical significance difference(P < 0.05).These reductions observed index is an evaluation on the treatment effect.Conclusions:1. Through the observation of the experiment, obtains the minimally invasive surgery with shorter operation time, less intraoperative bleeding and postoperative drainage tube indwelling time shorter, lower incidence of postoperative complications, recurrence rate of gallstone, low rate of lower residual gallstones. Minimally invasive surgical treatment of hepatolithiasis clinical curative effect, high safety index.2. Minimally invasive operation for hepatobiliary calculus disease has certain advantages, clinical attention should be paid, but should pay attention to improve the operation skill, avoiding secondary damage minimally invasive operation characteristic.
