Objective:The purpose of this study was to measure the safety are when surgeons use hollow tension screw directly fixed acetabulum quadrilateral area.Method:Gemstone CT scan data of the pelvis of adults between February 2014 to December2014 were collected from the Medical Image Database at our hospital.Rebuild the out in parallel to the direction of the anterior column and lateral plane perpendicular to the sides of the body to rebuild new scanning images, 50 cases of male, female 50 cases.It is a standard with 4.5 mm hollow tension screw, the reconstruction of CT can hold are obtained by measuring perpendicular to the acetabulum anterior column direction, nailing after acetabulum quadrilateral body, can be directly fixed edges, and at the same time, the scope of the safe passage of before and after the fixed column.Results:The actual measured, the acetabulum quadrilateral area up to 4.5 mm hollow tension screw cap of the safety area, the average values of acetabulum L1 for male(6.45 ± 4.83)mm, the average values of acetabulum L2(38.80 ± 7.00) mm, the average values of acetabulum L1 for women(11.68 ± 4.69) mm, the average values of acetabulum L2(34.73 ± 6.06) mm.Men of acetabulum in average value of L1 and acetabulum with women the average value of L1 compared the average difference was statistically significant, P = 0.02).Male cotyle of the average value of L2 acetabulum with women theaverage value of L2 is no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05), it is concluded that the average value of L2 for adults acetabulum safety(36.67 ± 6.77) mm.During surgery the first reset when then use screw directly fixed acetabulum quadrilateral area fractures,through the perpendicular to the acetabulum anterior column, parallel to the direction of the medial aspect of the acetabulum quadrilateral area to set screws,in point B as a reference when need less than(36.676.77) mm, or to E point as a reference when male need less than(6.45 ± 4.83) mm, female need less than(11.68 ± 4.69) mm, can accommodate 4.5 mm screw security through.Conclusions:Used in the preoperative CT reconstruction measurement method, can get acetabular relatively safe area of data, make personalized plan, guiding set the quadrilateral area screw in the surgery safely and quickly, and cost saving. For patients with hip osteoarthritis or avascular necrosis of the femoral head cannot with the results of this study as a reference, it is necessary to carefully grasp the surgical indications.
