The Expression And Correlation Studies About MiRNA-140, MMP3 Of Synovial Fluid In OA

Objective By Comparing the expression of mi RNA-140 and MMP-3 in osteoarthritis(OA)group and non,which differentially expressed in osteoarthritis synovial fluid, to explore the role of mi RNA-140 and MMP-3 in OA lesions.Methods Using real-time quantitative PCR to detect the expression levels of mi RNA-140,MMP-3 in synovial fluid both 65 OA cases and 65 non-OA cases, then analyzing the relationship between mi RNA-140 and MMP-3 by using Spearman correlation analysis software.Results Between the two groups t test results showed that the expression of mi RNA-140 OA group was significantly lower than non-OA group(P <0.05), the expression of MMP-3 OA group was significantly higher than non-OA group(P <0.05), the line spearman correlation analysis display, mi RNA-140 and MMP-3 in the OA group and non-OA group showed a negative correlation, correlation coefficient r =-0.693, r =-0.720(P <0.05).Conclusions Relative to non-OA lesions, mi RNA-140 shows low expression in OA synovial fluid group, while MMP-3 in the OA group is highly expressed, both showed a significant negative correlation in OA group and non-OA group.
