| Objective: To compare clinical characteristics in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease phenotype based on high-resolution CT. Methods: Eighty-six stable COPD patients were enrolled in this study. To chest HRCT, and they were classified into different phenotype according to the HRCT findings, phenotype A,phenotype E and phenotype M.At the same time to complete PET detection, m MRC, CAT, and the number of exacerbation within a week.According to the above methods are divided into:Group A,Group B,Group C and Group D.Collect clinic data:age, gender,Smoking index and BMI 。 Then to compare clinical characteristics in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease phenotype based on high-resolution CT. Results:The eighty-six people were divided into phenotype A,phenotype E and phenotype D.No statistical significance in Sex ratio and age between phenotype A,phenotype E and phenotype D(P=0.056,0.279);phenotype E is higher than other phenotype E in Smoking rates(P=0.021,0.017).The rate of BMI in phenotype A was significantly higher than that in phenotype E and M(P=0.013,0.029). phenotype A is Less than phenotype E and phenotype M in average LAA score(P=0.023,0.001),The difference was statistically significant. No statistically significant in phenotype E and phenotype M(P=0.816).phenotype M is greater than phenotype A in thickening of bronchial( P=0.000),The difference was statistically significant. FEV1/FVC and FEV1% in phenotype A were significantly higher than those in phenotype E and M(P=0.018,0.006).The rate of Smoking index in LAA≤level 1 was higher than that LAA≥level 2(t=2.483,P=0.048);The rate of BMI in LAA≤level 1 was higher than that LAA≥level 2(t=4.716,P=0.049);The rate of FEV1/FVC and FEV1% in LAA≤level 1 was higher than that LAA≥level 2(t=3.167ã€t=4.036,P=0.036ã€0.000). Conclusion:Various phenotypes of COPD classified based on HRCT findings present different characteristics in lung function and Clinical symptoms. |
