The Current Operation Situation And Countermeasures To Perfect Integration Of The Resource In X Public Hospital, Shijiazhuang

The process of reform and opening up, it brought great changes to China, prompted by the release of space, at the same time, elements of medical and health services has joined the market, in the face of increasingly fierce competition, with the development of the health sector reform, hospitals keep searching for new potential of development to survive and make progress in the more competitive medical market. Integration of health care resources is an important means of optimize the allocation and improve the usage efficiency of health care resources, and solve the public problem of "high cost of medical services and difficulty in seeking medical services". There is always the contradiction between the limited health care resources and the growing demands of health care service from the citizens. To ease this contradiction, the government should enhance the management to improve the usage efficiency of the health care resources and satisfy the demand of the health care service. Based on this view, the China health sector reform made a proposal of resources integration. Aiming to increase the resources usage efficiency by integrating the resources from different types of hospitals. Thus, the scale of health care service will be expanded.This study was based on questionaire, interviews, discussion and filed research to analyze the situation of Shijiazhuang X public hospital before and after the integration. In the mean while, it adopted the experience from both domestic and overseas public hospitals; and based on the local environment to propose the solutions of the problems and shortcomings that might exist in the integration process. This study also provided suggestions about exploring the pattern of integration of health care resources; and setting a new model to the local area and the whole country.
