Callicarpa kwangtungensis Chun belongs to the genus Callicarpa(Verbenacase family), which is mainly distributed in Jiangxi, Guangdong, Fujian and Hubei Provinces. Currently were contained in 2010 edition of Ch PThe. medicinal part of dry branches and leaves, stem has the effect of convergence bleeding, scattered stasis,heat-clearing and detoxifying. For the nosebleed, hemoptysis, hematemesis, hematochezia, ren, trauma hemorrhage disease. A phytochemical study on the leaves of Callicarpa nudiflora Hook resulted in twenty-seven compounds, of which six were determined as new.Callicarpa kwangtungensis Chun dried leaves were powdered and extracted with95% Eto H. The extract with chloroform, ethyl acetate and butyl alcohol extraction in turn. By multiple column chromatographies, reversed phase middle pressure liquid chromatography and preparative liquid chromatograph preparation, twenty-seven compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate. Their structures were determined by spectroscopic method. We finally determine twenty-six compounds of them. They are composed of five Phenolic acid,(i) 4-Methoxybenzoic Acid(1),3,4-Dihydroxybenzoic acid(2), 4-hydroxy cinnamic aicd(3), ferulic acid(4), caffeic acid(5),(ii) two Glycoside: Phenyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(6),3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(7),(iii) sixteen Triterpenoids:2α,3α,19α-trihydroxy-olean-12-en-28-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(8),2α,3β,19α-trihydroxy-olean-12-en-28-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(9),2α,3α,19α–trihydroxy-urs-12-en-28-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(10),2α,3β,19α–trihydroxy-urs-12-en-28-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(11),2α,3β,16α,19α,23-pentahydroxy-olean-12-en-28-oic acid(12),2α,3α,11α,21α,23-pentahydroxy-urs-12-en-28-oic acid(13),2α,3β,22β,23-tetrahydroxyursolic-12-en-28-oic acid(14),2α,3β,21β-trihydroxy-olean-12-en-28-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(15),2-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-3α,19α-dihydroxyursolic acid(16),2-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-3α,19α-dihydroxyoleanolic acid(17),2α,3β,6β,19α–tetrahydroxy-urs-12-en-28-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(18),2α,3α,19α-23–tetrahydroxy-urs-12-en-28-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(19),2β,3β,6β,16α–tetrahydroxy-olean-12-en-28-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(20),2α,3α,19α-23–tetrahydroxy-olean-12-en-28-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(21),2a,3β,6β,19a-tetrahydroxy-oleanolic acid 28-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(22),2α,3α,6β,19α-tetrahydroxy-ursolic acid 28-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(23),(iv) three Sesqui-terpenoid:(3S,6E,10R)-10-β-D-glucopyranosyloxy-3,11-dihydroxy-3,7,11-trimethyldodeca-1,6- diene(24), icariside C5(25),(2E,6E)-10-β-D-glucopyranosyl-1,10,11-trihydroxy-3,7,11-trimethyldodeca-2,6-diene.
