Explore Different Therapeutic Methods To Clinical Feature Of Intertro Chanteric Fracture In The Elderly

Objective:To study the curative effect of proximal femoral nailanti—rotation,Dynamic- hip screw,and artificial joint replacement in the treatment of senile patients with intertrochanterie fractures.Methods:ninety senile patients of intertrochanterie fractures in our hospital from September2012 to March 2014 were divided into three groups, PFNA group(n=30,treated with PFNA),DHS group(n=30,treated with DHS),and artificial joint replacement group(n=30,treated with artificial joint replacement).The operation time,mean intra opera-tive blood loss,postoperative complications,and the Harris hip function scores were observed.Results:All patients were followedupfor12 months,which all obtained complete union.The operative time,blood loss,and preoperative complications of PFNA group were signif-icantly less than those of the other two groups(p<0.05).The modified Harris hip score of PFNA group and artificial joint replacement group was superior to the DHS group(P < 0.05).Conclusions:The method of PFNA,DHS,and the artificial joint replacement all might have good clinic curative effect in the treatment of intertrochanterie fractures.PFNA should be recommended to treat intertro- chanterie fractures in senile patients for its advan- tages of simple operation,less bleeding,short operative time,and reliable fixation.
