Analysis Of Theapeutic Effect On Intertrochanteric Fractures Using Proximal Femoral Nail Anti-rotation In A 3A Hospitals In Qiqihar

Objective:Through the study of the patients with intertrochanteric fractures admitted to our hospital,the patients were treated with dynamic hip screw and proximal femoral intramedullary nail for internal fixation,to explore the clinical effect of PFNA in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures of the femur,and to provide the basis for clinical treatment.Methods:A total of 107 patients with intertrochanteric fractures were randomly selected from January 2017 to January 2018 and treated in a third-class Hospital of Qiqihar City.According to the requirements,70 patients with intertrochanteric fractures were divided into control group and study group according to different treatment methods.Each group had 35 cases,and the control group was given DHS for internal fixation.The study group was given PFNA internal fixation.The general data,surgical treatment index,hospitalization index,Harris hip function score,satisfaction degree and complications were compared between the control group and the study group.Result:In this study,correlation analysis was performed using SPSS.The results showed that there was no significant difference in the general data(gender,age)between the control group and the study group(P>0.05).In the course of clinical treatment,the length of incision,the time of operation,the amount of blood transfusion during and after operation,the days of hospitalization,the time of bed rest and the cost of medical treatment were compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The postoperative hip function recovery scores were compared between the control group and the study group in type Ⅰ,Ⅱ,and Ⅲ data.The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),but the scores of the Ⅳ and Ⅴwere significantly higher in the study group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the control group was 68.57%,and the satisfaction of the study group was 85.71%.The difference between the study group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).According to the statistics,107 patients were selected in this study.After discharge from hospital,70 patients with acne complications,PFNA occurred in one case,and DHS occurred in two cases.The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Now such results may be related to the sample size is too small.Conclusion:1.This study compared the advantages and disadvantages of PFNA and DHS treatment and the treatment effect.PFNA has the advantages of small surgical incision,less bleeding,short operation time,less hospital stay,shorter bed time,less hospitalization,and wider application range.2.PFNA has obvious curative effect on various types of intertrochanteric fractures,especially in the treatment of unstable intertrochanteric fractures.
