Effect Observation Of Strong Pulsed Fractional CO2 Laser Combined With Fuchunsan Ⅱ On The Hypertrophic Scar Model In Rabbit Ear Fibroblast And Collagen In Type Ⅰ And Type Ⅲ

Objective:To observe the effect of strong pulsed fractional CO2 laser combined with Fuchunsan II in the treatment of hypertrophic scar model in rabbit ear, explore the mechanism,and provide reference and basis for clinical therapy. Methods:After establishing hypertrophic scar models in rabbit ear, we treated them with different methods of single strong pulsed fractional CO2 laser, single Fuchunsan II and strong pulsed fractional CO2 laser combined with Fuchunsan II, respectively. We observed the structures of fibroblast in cicatricial tissue and the content of collagen in type I and type III, and compared the variation of fibroblast in cicatricial tissue and collagen in type I and type III on day 7,15,21,30 after the treatment of strong pulsed fractional CO2 laser combined with Fuchunsan II. Results:1.Evaluated 48 wounds with Vancouver scar scale. The comprehensive score is larger than 6 which means valid, or it means void. Analyzed the data in chi-square test by using SPSS13.0 statistical software. In the 48 samples, the effective rate of laser group and drug group overtopped control group(χ21=12.000,χ22=8.846,P<0.05). Furthermore, the effective rate of laser plus drug group overtopped the laser group and the drug group(χ2,3=4.433,χ24=5.259,P<0.05).2. After the treatment of strong pulsed fractional CO2 laser combined with Fuchunsan II, the structures of fibroblast in cicatricial tissue and the content of collagen in type I and type III were close to normal skin. The effects of experimental group preceded the effect of single strong pulsed fractional CO2 laser and single Fuchunsan II. Conclusions:We observed the structures of fibroblast in cicatricial tissue and the content of collagen in type I and type III, and compared the variation of fibroblast in cicatricial tissue and collagen in type I and type III on day 7,15,21,30 after the treatment of strong pulsed fractional CO2 laser combined with Fuchunsan II by applying single strong pulsed fractional CO2 laser, single Fuchunsan II and strong pulsed fractional CO2 laser combined with Fuchunsan II. The results shown that the structures of fibroblast in cicatricial tissue and the content of collagen in type I and type III turned into near-normal skin after the treatment of strong pulsed fractional CO2 laser combined with Fuchunsan II, whose effect preceded the effect of single strong pulsed fractional CO2 laser and single Fuchunsan II.
