Objective:To study the local skin flap to repair facial facial soft tissue defect due to trauma or lesion resection treatment effect(cannot or should not be direct suture), and the occurrence of adverse events after surgery for survival analysis. Methods:A retrospective analysis in our hospital from January 2007 to December 2011 to treat138 cases of patients with facial soft tissue defect due to various reasons, and in a single flap group, the two flap group, more than two flap combined three group, and compare the three groups of patients after facial local skin flap to repair the occurrence of adverse events, uses the Kaplan Meier- method of survival analysis to analyze the 1 month to 2years the incidence of adverse events. Results:The three groups of cumulative incidence of adverse events between the two paired comparison results show that after treatment group a cumulative incidence of adverse events than single flap, flap joint and two flap combined more than two and the difference was statistically significant lower P values were 0.017 and 0.000; Two flap combined adverse events is lower than that in more than two flap combined differences have statistically significant(P = 0.042). Single flap of adverse events in patients with anaverage time of 4.2 months and the median time of 3.8 months, 1 month to 2 years cumulative incidence of adverse events by 5.88%(3 cases), 2.08%(1 case), 0%(n = 0),0%(0), 0%(n = 0); Two flap combined set of adverse events happened to an average of9.8 months, the median time of 6.8 months, 1 month to 2 years cumulative incidence of adverse events by 7.01%(4 cases), 9.43%(5 cases), 8.33%(4 cases), 2.27%(1 case), 0%(n = 0); Flap combined more than two groups of adverse events happened to an average of11.2 months and the median time of 10.9 months, 1 month to 2 years cumulative incidence of adverse events, and 20.00%(6 cases), 16.67%(4 cases), 10.00%(2 cases), 5.56%(1case), 0%(n = 0). Pairs of three groups of adverse events in patients with cumulative incidence of the Log-Rank test results: x2= 15.357, P < 0.001, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions:In facial tissue defect repair, particularly neighboring damage local flap translocation is convenient, simple operation, is the ideal alternative flaps of facial tissue defect, is worth wide application in clinic. In large tissue defect by using flap combined treatment, patients should be followed for the occurrence of postoperative adverse events, improve surgical skill and reduce the occurrence of postoperative adverse events. Pairs of three groups of adverse events in patients with cumulative incidence of the Log-Rank test results show that the flap combined postoperative adverse reactions more easily. Therefore, the operation should be sought to simple, less damage and minimize the occurrence of adverse events.
