Objective: Study on the index of thrombelastogram(TEG) in patients with cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhageMethods: 60 cases with cerebrovascular disease were hospitalized in our hospital from October 2014 to Febuary 2015, including of 27 with cerebral infarction and 33 with cerebral hemorrhage. 20 health volunteers were submitted as control. The patients of cerebral hemorrhage were divided into three groups,(small amount(<10ml), middle amount(10-30ml)and large amount(>30ml), according to the amount of bleeding. All patiens had a Thrombelastography examination before surgery or Anticoagulant therapy. Diagnosis was according to MRI and CT mainly.Amount of bleeding was measured by CT. Statistical by SPSS15.0 was used to analyze the data. Results: There was no statistically difference between the 3 groups in age, gender, comorbidity. The R,K values in cerebral infarction were lower than that in the control, p<0.05; the Angle, CI were higher than that in the control, p<0.05. In cerebral hemorrhage, the K value was higher than that in the control, p<0.05; the Angle and MA values were lower in middle and large amont f group, p<0.05. It was showed that the amount of bleeding was negatively correlated to Angle, MA,(r=-0.481,r=-0.381,p<0.05), positively correlated to K value( r=0.613, P<0.05), and not correlated to R-value,( r=0.251, P>0.05). The R,K values in cerebral infarction were lower than that in cerebral hemorrhage, p<0.05; the Angle,MA,CI were higher than that in cerebral hemorrhage, p<0.05.Conclusions: Boold in patients with acute cerebral infarction is in a hypercoagulable state. R, K,CI and Angle could be assessed for monitoring treatment. Angle is meaningful for antiplatelet aggregation in cerebral infarction. Coagulation function in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage in low-clotting, K value, Angle, MA may be valuable to assess the amount of brain hemorrhage.TEG could dynamically reflect the whole process of coagulation and fibrinolysis, being a new option to monitor their coagulation function for cerebrovascular diseases.
