The Preventive Effect Of Buyang Huanwu Decoction On Secondary Cerebral Infarction After Minimally Invasive Cerebral Hemorrhage

Purpose:In this study,the effects of buyang huanwu decoction on homocysteine,interleukin-6 and serum tumor necrosis factor alpha in patients with minimally invasive intracerebral hemorrhage were observed,and the preventive effects of buyang huanwu decoction on secondary cerebral infarction after minimally invasive intracerebral hemorrhage were explored.Material and method:1.A total of 60 patients with cerebral hemorrhage who underwent minimally invasive hematoma removal and were admitted to the department of neurosurgery of the affiliated hospital of liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2017 to January2019.01 and met the inclusion and discharge criteria were selected as the research objects.2.Patients were randomly divided into two groups with 30 persons in each group by random drawing.The patients were divided into control group(conventional western medicine treatment group)and treatment group(conventional western medicine treatment + buyang huanwu decoction treatment).(1)control group(conventional treatment group of western medicine): dehydration,cranial pressure,control of blood pressure,correct electrolyte disorders,prevention and control of pulmonary infection,prevent bedsore symptomatic treatment(2)treatment group: on the basis of the control group in the postoperative oral or nasal feeding buyang huanwu decoction,according to the principle of dialectical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,four diagnosis combined with ginseng to give compatibility plus or minus.3.Homocysteine(Hcy),interleukin-6(il-6),and tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-alpha)were examined on day 1,7,and 14 after surgery.4.Serum levels of homocysteine(HCy),interleukin-6(il-6)and tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-alpha)were compared between the two groups using statistical methods.Results:1.There was no significant difference between treatment group and control group in age,sex and basic diseases.2.There was no significant difference in Hcy,il-6,TNF-between the two groups.3.After treatment with buyang huanwu decoction for 1 week,there were differences in Hcy,il-6 and TNF-between the treatment group and the control group.4.After treatment with buyang huanwu decoction for 2 weeks,there were significant differences in Hcy,il-6 and TNF-between the treatment group and the control group.5.In this experiment,the patients took buyang huanwu decoction without adverse reactions,and no further bleeding events occurred.Conclusion:1.Buyang huanwu decoction can reduce the increase of Hcy,il-6 and TNF-after minimally invasive surgery for cerebral hemorrhage after 1 week of treatment.2.After treatment for 2 weeks,buyang huanwu decoction can reduce the content of Hcy,il-6and TNF-in the blood of patients after minimally invasive intracerebral hemorrhage.3.Buyang huanwu decoction plays an important role in the prevention of secondary cerebral infarction after minimally invasive cerebral hemorrhage.4.Buyang huanwu decoction is a safe and feasible preventive medicine,which is worthy of popularization and application.
