【Objective】To observe the effect of mupirocin ointment combined with to pical steroid hormone resistance of atopic dermatitis and eczema, and to explore its mechanism of action. 【Method】from 2014 January- December Fujian Province, 7 hospitals which is level of first-class outpatient department of Dermatology diagnosis of eczema and atopic dermatitis patients in 82 cases, 41 cases of male and female respectively.82 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups: mometasone furoate treatment group(30 cases) and mupirocin and mometasone furoate therapy group(52 cases). The combination therapy group, daily morning and evening topical mupirocin ointment and mometasone furoate cream a day, two used alternately, first with mupirocin(so as not to affect the antibacterial activity), after an interval of 2H with mometasone furoate cream.Mupirocin treatment group was treated with mupirocin cream, 2 times a day. Treatment for 2 weeks. The two groups were observed after treatment and the results were compared. 【Results】the total score of dermatitis and eczema area between the single use of mupirocin. and the combined treatment group is significantly lower than before treatment, there was no significant difference between the total score of 2 group for seventh days of treatment.there is significant difference between the total score of 2 group for fourteen days of treatment.there is statistical significant difference between efficacy of 2 group for the seven days and fourteen days treatment. 【Conclusion】hormone resistance of atopic dermatitis and eczema commonly occurs in the extremities And the symptoms repeated, vulnerability easily, bacteria of cultivation is mainly staphylococcus especially staphylococcus aureus,Microbial colonization may be an important reason for the formation of hormone resistance. glucocorticoid with antibiotics is more effective topical than corticosteroids alone in patients with hormone-refractory dermatitis eczema.
