Objective:To investigate the difference in HPV16L1 methylation in patient between Han and Uygur Explor two cervical cancer HPV16L1 13 gene site methylation rate in the same nation whether there are different. Methods:Using pyrosequencing method were used to detect cervical cancer Uighur(32cases)and Han cervical cancer(22cases)13gene site methylation rate.Results:(1)HPV16L1 gene mrthylation rates between the two groups did not differ in the Han and Uygur(2)The difference between the mathylation sites Uighur group 13 patients with cervical cancer were statistically significant, Han group within 13 cervical cancer patients correlated methylation sites of methylation between: the site of 5927 for example, the site of the 5927 and5963,6367,6389,6457,6650,6731,7034,7145 the correlation coefficient between the methylation ratio.(4)HPV16L1 gene methylation rate of 13 sites in the Uygur, Han two peoples, two genetic loci in6367,6389, the most relevant.(5)Correlation between methylation rate of cervical cancer and viral load in patients 13 Uighurs methylation sites between: the correlation coefficient sites methylation rate and viral load between 6797,7145 statistically significant.(6)The gene site 5927、5963、6367、6389 is related in Uygur,Age is related to 6457 in Han.Conclusion:HPV16L1 gene methylation between Uygur and Han no differences between the two nations, but there are differences within a single nation, the rate of methylation and viral load related.
