Objective:On the basis of review of hospital culture and cultural assessment of the relevant literature, The organizational culture evaluation methods was used for the research on the culture conditions of a 3A hospital in Chongqing to understand its existing cultural type and the cultural type expected by employees,and discuss the current situation of cultural management.The last purpose was providing a certain amount of empirical basis for organizational culture theory tools’using for hospitals and the reference for culture construction.Method:1 Literature research:Through the related literature retrieval and reading, the current situation of domestic and foreign related research was understood.2 Questionnaire survey:The worker of a 3A hospital in chongqing city were as investigation object, and an adapted OCAI questionnaire was used.3 Statistical analysis. Epidata3.2 was used to input data,and Spss17.0 was used for analysis.4 Field survey and Interview:Based on qualitative research, the hospital management system and the cultural construction would be investigated, and a certain amount of selected patients would be selected to be visited about the view of the hospital management and the suggestion.Results and Conclusion:Cultural type:1The hospital culture status: hierarchy culture with the highest score 23.8 is dominant, the rest of the three kinds of culture in different proportion; 2 The expectations of hospital culture:team culture score(23.5) is higher,and it proved that worker eager to a certain degree enhance the advantage of team culture; 3 About cognition of existing A hospital culture of different staffs, Young workers, low professional staff and contract workers had high cognition of hierarchy culture;4 About expection of existing A hospital culture of different staffs, young workers, the clinical front-line workers, contract workers team culture had high expectation for team culture; older workers, high titles had high expectation for hierarchy culture;the staffs with high degree had high expectation for flexible culture; the clinical front-line workers, contract workers had high expection for market culture.Cultural management:1 There was its own cultural concept formed in the hospital; 2 self-control from culture management had come true partly;3Culture management is still the auxiliary means; 5 Social demands was paid more attention on management practice;6 Hospital management have the marketability.Suggestion:1 In order to achieve outstanding cultural heritage and sum up the successful experience, culture diagnosis should be used from different angles; 2 The manager of hospitals should attaches great importance to the cultural construction of the group, focus on the employee’s cognition and demands; 3 The managers of hospitals should Strengthen the soft hospital culture management guide; 4 The public welfare culture is presented by public welfare activities and self-regulation strengthening...
