Objective To evaluate the incidence and clinical efficacy of the incidence and clinical efficacy after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (Allo-HSCT).Methods Collected the clinical data of 52 patients who received allo-HSCT during March 2011 to September 2014.13 patients developed aGVHD.We analyzed the clinical characteristics, prevention and treatment of aGVHD retrospectively. Results 52 patients were treated with cyclosporin A combined with mycophenolate mofetil (MMF) and short-range methotrexate (MTX) after transplantation, some patients were treated with anti-thymocyte globulin (ATG) additionally.13 patients developed aGVHD,the incidence was 25.0%,and the median time was 51 days. The total effective rate of 13 patients after treatment was 69.2%(9/13),and the effective rate of first-line treatment was 53.8%(7/13). When the first-line treatment in patients with aGVHD failed will enable second-line treatment, and the effective rate was 40.0%(2/5).Follow-up to the March 31,2015, aGVHD patients overall survival rate was 46.2%(6/13), while grade III-IV aGVHD patients of long-term survival rate was significantly lower than the I-II grade aGVHD.Conclusions The incidence of aGVHD after allo-HSCT is high. This paper shows that MMF and cyclosporine A joint short-MTX may effectively reduce the incidence of aGVHD. Severe aGVHD patients have a poor efficacy and high mortality.
