Objective:In newly diagnosed children with malignant solid tumors comprehensive assessment of nutritional status, understand their incidence of malnutrition, nutritional interventions to be timely.Methods:Retrospective analysis of 2010.1 to 2015.1 a total of 1264 cases of children with malignant solid tumors in our hospital, weight was measured at diagnosis in children, height and other nutrition-arm index and hemoglobin, prealbumin, white protein, creatinine and other laboratory parameters, a comprehensive assessment of their nutritional status.Results:Respectively, weight, body mass index, hemoglobin, prealbumin, albumin, serm creatinine as a single evaluation criteria, the number of malnourished children occur in the order of 272,288, 645,613,219,44;occurrence rates were 21.5%,22.8%,51.0%,48.5%, 17.3%,3.5%.Body weight, body mass index, albumin complex three indicators as evaluation criteria, the number of malnourished children occur for 199 people, the rate was 15.7%. To any one of the above single indicator below normal is defined as malnutrition, the incidence of the total number of 693 people, the rate was 54.8%.Conclusion:Child malnutrition common clinical tumor merger, seriously affect the treatment and prognosis, it is timely to start early to assess the nutritional status of nutrition therapy is essential. We find that a single index to assess malnutrition in this group of patients the incidence of 3.5-51%; comprehensive assessment of the above three indicators, the rate was 15.7%; the use of overlay Assessment Act, this group of patients the incidence of 54.8%. Because there is a high risk of cancer for children malnourished, clinicians need nutritional status of children with malignant attention to support timely initiation of treatment.
