Investigation And Study On The Knowledge Rate Of Chronopharmacology Of Medical Staff In A 3A Hospital

Objective:To understand the current status of the knowledge of chronopharmacology in clinical medical personnel, and to explore the effective ways to popularize this subject knowledge, and to realize the safe, effective and economical use of patients.Methods:In this paper, the medical staff of a 3A hospital in Qigihar city as a data source, through the questionnaire survey to understand the current clinical medical personnel on the chronopharmacology of the study of the degree of knowledge of the factors, and to investigate the results of the corresponding management measures, to further improve the theory of health care workers in the degree of awareness and deepen the depth of its use.Results:A total of 282 valid questionnaires were collected, efficiency 94%, of respondents male 82, female 200; aged mostly 30 to 39 years old accounted for 56.7 percent of those surveyed; 61.7% of respondents have college degrees; respondents, nurses accounted for 74.5%; respondents have senior titles accounted for 27.6%; 6 to 15 years seniority in the majority; respondents are mainly distributed in internal medicine and surgery; pharmacological respondents understand time only 45.4%, reflecting the chronopharmacology in the hospital pharmacology awareness is not high.The effect of time on the job, sex, age, education, working years, and whether or not received training on the scores were statistically significant.Conclusions:1. 1 Qigihar City, a hospital in the survey of the object of the knowledge of chronopharmacology is not high;2.O ccupation, gender, title, age, education, working years, and whether or not to accept a variety of factors and other factors have a significant impact on the chronopharmacology of the object.
