Objective:In this paper, through the study of qiqihar city in heilongjiang province farmers research about the present situation of the new rural cooperative medical policy information awareness,Find the problems in the process of new rural cooperative medical policy transmission,Discuss the relevant factors and positive reference research status at home and abroad, according to the actual situation in our country, put forward the corresponding solution. Methods:Through the questionnaire survey, distributed 500 questionnaires randomly in longjiang county, Thai, yian and fuyu county of qiqihar city within two weeks, research the new type of rural cooperative medical care policy awareness and its influencing factors, and through the Excel spreadsheet data of 500 copies of questionnaires, using SPSS 20.0 statistical analysis of data. Results:1. Compare the new rural cooperative medical information acquisition the main way and the way to get information in the future, through the network, radio and TV channels to obtain the new rural cooperative medical information accounted for the highest, there was significant differences in gender, age, educational level, family income per capita, body condition(P<0.05)2. Comparison of approaches in the new rural cooperative medical information, in a convenient, cheap and affordable for the reason of obtaining new rural cooperative medical information accounted for the highest, there was significant differences in gender, age, educational level, family income per capita, body condition(P<0.05).3. Compare the new rural cooperative medical policy information attention degree, there was significant differences in gender(P=0.001), age(P<0.05), cultural degree(P=0.016) and average family income(P=0.004), there was no significant difference in physical condition.4.Comparison of the awareness of the new rural cooperative medical policy, reimbursement ratio, reimbursement process, reimbursement process and project transfer,there was no significant differences in family income per capita, there was significant difference in other aspects(P<0.05). Comparison continuous insurance awareness,there were significant difference in age(P<0.05), education level(P=0.001), health(P<0.05). Compare poor awareness of insurance policy, there were significant difference in age(P<0.05), health(P=0.003).Compare payment of personal payment policy awareness, there was significant difference in age(P=0.018), education(P=0.008). Compare rural relief object preferential policies, basic health technical personnel training policy awareness, there was significant difference in age(P=0.002). Compare the administrative departments of health supervision policy awareness comparison, there was significant difference in family income per capita(P=0.004), there was no significant difference in other aspects; Compare policy guarantee mechanism of health funds about the comparison, there was significant difference in degree(P=0.075), there were significant difference in other aspects. Comparison of financing, fund management awareness, there was significant differences in gender(P=0.006), age(P<0.05) Conclusion:1. Farmers access to new rural cooperative medical information is the main information network, radio and television, most farmers have more than two kinds of ways to obtain the new rural cooperative medical care; about half of the respondents think that the convenient, cheap and affordable is the main reason to choose a route of transmission, if conditions permit, nearly the 50% farmers hope that through this way to broadcast television, the network to get the new rural cooperative medical information;2. For the majority of farmers, gender, age, educational level, family income per capita, physical condition, access to the way and the degree of difficulty can affect their access to policy information;3.The whole of the NCMS farmers awareness rate of less than 70%, especially when asked about financing, funds management, reimbursement ratio, compensation ratio and other details, farmers' awareness rate is low, part of the policy awareness rate even less than 60%.
