Objective:By 64 layer spiral CT,post-processing imaging techniques, on gastric cancer patients are examined to observe the gastric morphology, gastric cavity size, wall thickness, adjacent tissues and organs have no invasion, changes of peripheral lymph nodes, number and determine the distant metastasis. Aim to study the characteristics of blood supply in the patients with gastric cancer, and to predict the prognosis of the patients. Materials and methods:Gathering in September 2012 to June 2014 in the first hospital of JiLin university detection of 210 cases of gastric cancer patients. Require fasting 12 h,the water 8 h, check the top 10 min 20 mg muscle injection of 654-2.Using Siemens Somatom definition since 64 layer spiral CT, through continuous volume scanning and volume rendering(VR), maximum density projection(MIP),Multiplanar reconstruction(MPR) technique for abdominal vascular remodeling, showed gastric arterial, the tumor blood supply and the relationship between tumor and blood vessels. Result:Through the spiral CT findings of gastric wall, can diffuse or localized thickening, thickening degree can be different. Local gastric lumen may have irregular stenosis and deformation. Stomach inner is not flat, with concave convex degree, the outer layer is serous tumor invasion and the outline of not finishing. Also visible gastric wall with irregular shape to the cavity growth or to the cavity bulge mass, mass surface is uneven, also is associated with an adjacent gastric wall of varying degrees of thickening and hardens. When the tumor invasion and adjacent tissues and organs, tumor can break through the stomach of the serous layer, and the surrounding structure of the fat gap between small or even disappear. The tumors located in the stomach fundus and cardia can invade the lower part of the esophagus, which lead to the thickening of the wall of the esophagus, the stenosis of the lumen, and the tumor of the stomach and stomach. The enlarged lymph nodes were found in the root of the superior mesenteric artery, the root of the superior mesenteric artery and the abdominal aorta, which indicated that the tumor had lymph node metastasis. The most common liver and pancreas in the distant metastasis of gastric cancer, CT can see that the size of the liver parenchyma of different sizes, the change of the size of the liver, head of the head, and the density was uneven, and so on. According to the moss’ s CT staging system for gastric cancer staging: 30 cases in stage 1, thickening of the gastric wall is less than 1cm, without lymph node and distant metastasis; 129 cases of stage II, no adjacent organs invasion and metastasis; 36 cases in stage III, thickened gastric wall and breakthrough serosa invasion, but without distant metastasis; 15 cases of stage IV, thickening of the gastric wall and invasion of adjacent organs, and with distant metastasis. Conclusion:1. spiral CT can clearly show the thickness of gastric wall, gastric cavity size and the shape of the faults of stomach.2. Spiral CT can clear the mass shape, size, mass or infiltration into the cavity into the cavity, there is no central necrosis.3. The blood supply of stomach tumor can be combined with blood vessels and its number of preoperative classification, staging, to guide the clinical treatment and prognosis evaluation.
