Chronic Nephritis And Clinical Observation Of Fibrosis Markers On Yiqi Huayu Decoction

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of TCM in treating chronic nephritis by observing the change of the curative effect and the index of fibrosis in the treatment of chronic nephritis with the application of the Qi and Blood Stasis Decoction.Methods:This study is included in the standard 40 cases of chronic nephritis patients with spleen and kidney Qi stasis, on the basis of routine treatment, given oral self decoction of traditional Chinese medicine Yiqi Huayu decoction, day one, day two per 150ml, morning and evening hours service meal, a three-month course of treatment. Observed before and after treatment of hyaluronic acid, IV collagen, laminin, urine protein,24-hour urinary protein, urine red blood cells to change and record the patient’s symptoms before and after treatment points, signs and other changes, using SPSS 17.0 software analysis and processing data, to assess the efficacy of the clinical observations.Results:1. Oral Yiqihuayu decoction Treated, varying degrees of improvement hyaluronic acid, IV collagen, laminin, reduce urinary protein, 24h proteinuria and urinary red blood cells and improve the clinical symptoms;2. Yiqi Huayu decoction spleen and kidney Qi stasis chronic nephritis total efficiency is 87.5%.Conclusion:1 Yiqihuayu decoction can effectively improve the chronic nephritis (spleen and kidney deficiency and blood stasis type) symptoms and signs.2 The decoction can decrease the levels of hyaluronic acid (HA), type IV collagen (Col-IV) and laminin (LN) in patients with chronic glomerulonephritis.3 The decoction of Supplementing Qi and removing blood stasis can reduce the urine red blood cell, urinary protein and 24h urinary protein in patients with chronic glomerulonephritis.
