| Purpose:The purpose of this project is observe the clinical efficacy of spleen and kidney deficiency type of chronic nephritic proteinuria with strengthen the spleen,nourish the kidney and dredge the collateral channels.Material and method:Using the electronic medical records system, collected the patients in January 2014- January 2016, treatment with Liaoning university of traditional Chinese Medicine ward and outpatient,who was diagnosed with chronic glomerulonephritis(referred to as chronic nephritis).According to the diagnostic criteria,the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria established in this experiment. It included 33 patients using only basic treatment methods(such as antihypertensive therapy, Chinese medicine Huang Kui capsules), as a control group. Income 35 patients, on the basis of the control group, patients taking the Shenqidihuang decoction plus a few herbs composed of the method strengthen the spleen,nourish the kidney and dredge the collateral channels as a treatment group. Two weeks of treatment.Observed before and after treatment in patients with symptoms, signs. Statistical Analysis of syndrome, urine routine,blood routine, then routine,24 h UTP, Liver function, Kidney function,ECG and other safety indicators before and after treatment in two groups to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety.Results: 1.Western medicine clinical efficacy: Treatment group had clinical control in 9 cases, 13 cases were cured and 9 cases were effective, 4 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 88.57%.In the control group, clinical control in 3 cases, 9 cases were cured, 8 cases effective, 13 cases ineffective, the total efficiency 60.61%. Western medicine clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than western medicine clinical efficacy in the control group(P <0.05). 2.24 h UTP: Pre-treated patients had significantly improved the treatment of 24 h UTP(P <0.05), and the effect is more significant compared to the control group(P <0.05).3.TCM syndrome efficacy: Treatment of clinical cure in 7 cases, 9 cases were cured, 13 effective, 6 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 82.86% in the control group clinical cure three cases, six cases were cured, 12 cases effective, 12 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 63.64 %, the treatment group was significantly higher efficacy of TCM symptoms(P <0.05). 4.Decoction with efficacy spleen and chronic nephritic proteinuria is safety.Conclusion: The clinical efficacy of spleen and kidney deficiency type of chronic nephritic proteinuria with strengthen the spleen,nourish the kidney and dredge the collateral channels is obviously. Its curative effect been recognized and safety is good.So it is worthy of promotion. |
