In this paper, the nutritional status of children aged 3-6 years in rural and urban areas of Yaodu were investigated. The nutrition status of children was investigated from the aspects of geographical position, eating habits, lifestyle and economic level, At the same time, the growth and development of the children were evaluated, And according to the existing problems, this paper puts forward measures to improve the nutritional status of preschool children.Method of stratified sampling, A total of 5 kindergartens in Yaodu District of Linfen were selected as the research object, Among them, three for the urban area, two for the township kindergartens, urban kindergartens were selected from 100 children, each of the 50 children in the township kindergartens as the research object.24 hour dietary review method and food frequency survey method were used to investigate the dietary survey, using the physical processing tool, the survey object was collected, the height and weight of the survey.Result1, dietary nutritional statusDietary structure:The diet of rural and urban children in Yaodu district is mainly based on cereal grains, Consumption of livestock and poultry meat increased significantly, And the intake of ten kinds of food in the rural and urban areas of the city has a significant difference;Intake levels of energy and dietary nutrients:Urban children’s intake of energy, protein, fat, carbohydrate, VB1, V B 2, calcium, V C is recommended, While the intake of Fe and V E was higher, Exceed the recommended intake, But VA, Zn, niacin intake is relatively insufficient, were lower than the recommended amount of 60%. Rural children’s intake of energy and dietary nutrients are as follows:In the energy, carbohydrate intake in line with the recommended intake, And for protein, VA, V C, Zn intake recommended intake of 60%, Intake of fat, VB1, V B 2, Ga reached the recommended intake of 60%, While the intake of V E exceeded the recommended intake. And there are ten indicators of rural children and urban children in the thirteen indicators are statistically different (P<0.05):Protein, fat, VA, VB1, V B 2, VC, Ga, Fe, niacin, Zn.2, growth and developmentWHO height and weight index:The height of the preschool children in urban area is more than the height standard of the preschool children in China, And at the age of 3 years,4 years of age, the two age groups and the standard values of WHO were statistically different, Weight is also more than WHO weight standard, And there was a significant difference between the 3,4,5 years old age group and WHO standards.
