Hospital is an important guarantee to maintain people’s life and health, and the essence of medical and health undertakings of the Chinese nation indispensable part.At present, China’s medical industry in the face of the doctor-patient relationship nervous, was hospitalized demand diversity, market competition is intense and transformation of medical model, medical policy reform and other changes and impact, the entire medical industry is in transition period.University affiliated hospital is in the case of insufficient funding, need to correctly balance the relationship between the economic and social benefits;In the case of a heavy line of medical task, need medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, to correctly handle the relationship between public health and other workshop, in patients with recognition, income situation, technological innovation, market share, etc., compared with large comprehensive western medicine hospital, at a competitive disadvantage. Provide quality of medical services for patients, it is the important measures to keep the hospital competitive advantage, is fully embody humanistic care to patients, is the inevitable requirement of national deepening medical and health system reform.In this paper, the second hospital affiliated to heilongjiang university of Chinese medicine (hereinafter referred to as the "big courtyard of traditional Chinese medicine") in strategic management research based on the satisfaction degree of patients in medical service, comprehensive utilization of questionnaire investigation and statistical analysis to understand the hospital medical service present situation, used the SWOT analysis method combined with strategic management theory, puts forward a complete set of medical service path and strategic management for similar hospital in heilongjiang province and even the whole country to provide sample for reference.
