Background:arteriosclerosis obliterans is a local manifestation of systemic atherosclerosis, the incidence rate increased year by year, with the increasing levels of income and medical, more and more such patients; mainstream clinical treatment is micro-invasive intervention therapy, because of its small with trauma, shorter perative time, faster recovery, and so on; However, due to the the domestic technology rather late, the technical level of the centers is also uneven, China has not a multi-center clinical research about SFA obliterans, the purpose of the rapid development trends of vascular Surgery, an urgent need for relevant clinical evidence based medicine. Objective:This study is to observe the patients in the biochemical indices before and the ABI after the surgery and the patency of postoperative, drug using and other indicators, research SFA endovascular treatment technology, safety and long-term efficacy, different lesions required cavitywithin the surgical approach, postoperative quality of life to improve the situation and to optimize the follow-up time and in such manner; strategy for treating certain guiding significance to the clinician endovascular treatment of SFA to be the support of evidence-based medicine, but also help patient about streatment, follow-up and evaluation. Methods:all subjects with antiplatelet treatment for several days on preoperative, and determination of biochemical and clinical indicators, then underwent endovascular treatment of SFA lesions in patients with stent placed in different quantities and different specifications (the same type of bracket)and to be antiplatelet and lipid-lowering treatment on postoperative, and patients after surgery (after 1-3 days, after 1,3,6, and 12 months) were observed and measured lame, ABI, utherford classification, ulcers.healing time, vascular patency, postoperative medication and blood supply reconstruction on postoperative, endovascular stent placement to evaluate the improvement in their clinical symptoms and signs and patency of shares shallow arteriosclerosis obliterans surgeryafter effect. Results:Investigated a total of 443 patients,342 one-month follow-up, a three-month follow-up of 291, six-month follow-up of 207,The preoperative ABI (n= 158), only 0.4 ± 0.2, the average claudication distance is 178.08 meters,342 to participate in a month after evaluation, patency rate was 83.9%.275 recorded claudication distance with an average of 1226.6 m (p<0.001),270 people recorded ABI, an average of 0.8 (p<0.001); 291 people to participate in the three months after evaluation, patency rate was 70.1%.228 records claudication distance, an average of 1360.1 m (p<0.001),226 people recorded ABI, an average of 0.8 (p<0.001); 207 people to participate in the six months after evaluation, patency rate was 60.4%.164 records claudication distance, an average of 1058.1 m (p<0.001),158 records ABI,an average of 0.7 (p<0.001).Conclusion:The majority of patients with lower extremity atherosclerotic occlusive disease has advanced age, smoking, hyperlipidemia, and other factors.the main symptom is intermittent claudication, the ABI significantly lower (0.4 ± 0.2), hemodynamic improvement in patients after endovascular therapy, the claudication distance and ABI significantly improved, with its evaluation of the efficacy of surgery is a good objective for patients for the SFA stent implantation, early patency rate is acceptable, the rate decreased with the extension of time, in the long-term efficacy is uncertain, in connection with arterial disease, treatment, general condition and so on.
