The Value Of Fast Track Surgery Combined With Laparoscopic Surgery On Patients With Colorectal Cancer

ObjectiveTo analyze the effectiveness and safety of fast track surgery(FTS) combined with laparoscopic colorectal surgery on patients with colorectal cancer. Methods:From July 2015 to january 2016,174 patients undergoing laparoscopic colorectal surgery were included in this study.81 patients undergoing laparoscopic colorectal surgery received perioperative fast track rehabilitation;meanwhile other 93 patients undergoing laparoscopic colorectal surgery received conventional perioperative care.operative outcomes, postoperative recovery and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results:Compared with the control group,the blood loss,operation time and number of lymph node dissection of patients in FTS group showed no significant difference(P>0.05).FTS group was associated with a significantly shorter Flatus time and length of hospital stay compared with conventional care group(P<0.05).The total cost of hospitalization and postoperative complications rate of FTS group was lower than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:1. Fast track surgery was safe and effective in laparoscopic operation for colorectal cancer.2.
