The Analysis Of Curative Effect Of Transparent Cap-Assisted Endoscopic Treatment Of Esophageal Foreign Bodies

Objective: Comparatively analyze the success rate of treatment, field of vision of clarity, concurrent mucosal scratches and treatment time between ordinary endoscopy and transparent cap-assisted for esophageal foreign bodies removed, to evaluate the security, validity and feasibility of esophageal foreign bodies through endoscopic removed with transparent cap-assisted.Methods: Collected 101 patients caused by foreign body ingestion from Jilin University Sino-Japanese Friendship Hospital Endoscopy Center from December 2013 to August 2015, divided into ordinary endoscopic treatment group and transparent cap-assisted treatment group according to the remedy, comparatively analyze the success rate of treatment, field of vision of clarity, concurrent mucosal scratches and treatment time of both, to evaluate the security, validity and feasibility with transparent cap-assisted.Result: The success of treatment(P=0.029), field of vision of clarity(P=0.021), treatment time(P=0.034)and concurrent mucosal scratches(P=0.022)of cap-assisted with cap-assisted is better than ordinary endoscopy. For the esophageal foreign bodies incarcerated on both sides, the success of treatment(P=0.028), field of vision of clarity( P=0.018), concurrent mucosal scratches( P=0.020) with cap-assisted endoscopy are better than the ordinary endoscopy. For the foreign bodies at esophageal entrance, the cap-assisted endoscopy field of vision of clarity(P=0.033)and concurrent mucosal scratches(P=0.023) have statiscal significance,but treatment time(P=0.408)and the success of treatment(P=0.269) have no statiscal significance.Conclusion: Foreign bodies removed with endoscopy transparent cap-assisted is safe, valid and feasible. For the esophageal foreign bodies incarcerated on both sides, cap-assisted endoscopy will increase field of vision of clarity and success rate of treatment, reduce mucosal scratches. For the foreign bodies at esophageal entrance, cap-assisted endoscopy will increase field of vision of clarity,a reduce mucosal scratches.
