At present, China’s drinking water purification process they use chlorination methods, however, can easily produce chlorine disinfectants and disinfection byproducts role of organic matter in the water, while water purification, which haloacetic acids (HAAs) is the control of disinfection by-A product of a very important indicator, therefore, this thesis is to study the haloacetic acids in drinking water for stability and explain the law.In this paper, temperature, pH, metal ions and activated carbon as haloacetic conversion and control influencing factors were studied in the presence of drinking water chlorination disinfection byproducts HAAs removal action in a series of influencing factors, and thus elaborated other aspects of the mechanism, for taking appropriate methods, processes and equipment to control hazards DBPs provided. The results show that the heat treatment for TCA removal of water with good results, at 20℃, the TCA removal of only 5.3%, and with the removal of an increase in temperature and heat treatment time increases TCA rate continues to improve, just like when the water boiled, we are able to remove the TCA has a good effect, then the removal of TCA can reach 84.7%. Also known TCA (TCAA) degradation products of dichloroacetate (DCAA), and its concentration increases with the duration of the temperature rise.Effect of pH on the stability of haloacetic acids showed that with the increase of pH, concentration of TCA show a downward trend, but the overall impact of TCA concentration changes are not large.Addition of calcium ions in the experimental group results show that the concentration of TCA with time and increasing temperature showed a downward trend, its degradation products dichloroacetate changes the opposite. When the water reaches boiling point just like, TCA removal was 88.7%, increase over time, when boiled 60min, TCA removal rate 94.6%.In the experimental group, with iron ions, has just reached the boiling point of the sample, the concentration of TCA did not join the iron ions in the experimental group decreased from the initial concentration to 220.3 μg/L, but with the addition of iron ion concentration increases, three decreases in the concentration of acid; when added to the same concentration of iron ions, with the increase of the concentration of TCA boiling time of declining.Effect of granular activated carbon for the removal of disinfection byproducts TCA showed that activated carbon for the removal of TCA has a good effect, after adding 1g/L of activated carbon effect 1h, TCA removal can reach 78.6%, with the the duration of action of activated carbon to 4h, TCA removal can be increased to 93.3%. In addition, the mechanism of activated carbon to remove TCA were discussed, the study found, activated carbon to remove TCA in the process, with increasing duration of action of activated carbon, in which the chloride ion concentration on the rise, so you can determine the activated carbon for three acid not only has the effect of adsorption as well as degradation.
