Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a common and multiple respiratory disease characterized by persistent airflow limitation. Invasive pulmonary aspergillosis (IPA) is a kind of Invasive fungal diseases caused by a variety of aspergillus infection. It is the most common type of pulmonary aspergillosis always occurring while the immunity of host is extremely low. Because of its serious damage to lung tissue, the mortality rate is relatively high. In recent years, the incidence of COPD combined IPA has been increasing. It is related to a variety of factors such as basic diseases, decreased immunity, broad-spectrum antibiotics, long-term use of hormone, invasive operation and so on. Because of the lack of specificity on its clinical manifestations, signs and auxiliary examination, there is no international uniform diagnostic criterion, and the diagnosis is difficult. So far, the azole, amphotericin B, white spines rhzomorph derivatives are the main antifungal drugs. In clinical practice, the prognosis of the disease is poor, becasue of delayed diagnosis and treatment as well as the complicated condition of patients. This paper reviewed COPD combined IPA related literature at home and abroad, discussing the etiology and pathogenic factors, clinical manifestation, auxiliary examination, diagnostic criteria and treatment. So as to deepen the clinicians’understanding of the disease.
